OPENING PLAY
Workshop by Joris, Anja & Claudia
We start into this weekend by connecting with ourselves and others, and refresh our consent skills in a fun, juicy way.
How do you really like to touch and be touched?
What are your body and senses longing for?
How do we create lush abundance together?
With this sensual and playful transition we get our minds and bodies ready to dive into a weekend of pleasure.

ART OF SURRENDER
Workshop by Julius (Helsinki)
In this workshop, we explore surrender through somatic practices with subtle elements of BDSM. The workshop focuses on embodied presence, interaction, and the dynamics of power exchange. We approach surrender primarily as a bodily state – the ability to listen to the body, the breath, and the nervous system’s responses in the moment. Through breath, weight, touch, and movement, we explore pathways toward deeper bodily awareness and experiences of surrender.
Workshop content:
-
Giving and receiving weight
-
Movement manipulation and being moved by another
-
How breath, touch, and movement can support letting go of control
-
Bodily expressions of resistance, tension, and softening
-
Negotiation, consent, and boundaries

The exercises are done individually, in pairs, and in small groups. The workshop focuses on somatic exploration, connection, and the subtle shift when control begins to soften and the body allows itself to be held, moved, or guided.
Please bring comfortable clothes suitable for movement.

FRUITS OF LIFE
Dance Performance by delta® & Julia
Duration: 30 minutes
We are born, we live, and we die.
These three stages of existence are inextricably interwoven—even if we remain unaware of it.
Every life is born to unfold and to bear new fruit before it passes away. How profoundly are we all—is every individual—gifted with this cycle; yet how profoundly, too, are we challenged by it—particularly in old age.
In *Fruits of Life @ Anthropocene*, we engage with fierce intensity with the all-encompassing principle of "Die and Become." We explore its entire spectrum: from the monumental to the loving, to the tender.
How does the individual experience this process—and how does humanity as a whole?
We oscillate between grotesque denial and radical honesty.
We wrestle with the interplay of closeness and distance.
We dance within this wondrous force field known as "Life."

OUCH… YES!
In case of pain: Dance with it!
Workshop by delta® & Julia
PAIN IS MY GAIN.
Physical pain: I know it.
Pain in the soul: I know it.
Consciously using both as allies—right?!
Pain is uncomfortable.
"Ouch" is a simple yet brilliant message: Change is needed.
Let's use that, let's dance with it!
A kinky workshop all about feeling, moving, witnessing,
and letting go.

Goals: Becoming familiar with your own unique channel for experiencing pain, Consciously and non-judgmentally connecting physical and emotional pain, as well as pain and movement and Kinky practice: playing with self-determined pain with loving care.
90 minutes
Julia lives in Berlin – polyamorous, pansexual – and works as a speech therapist. The body as a communicator has always fascinated her. She acts this out as art since 2014: in playfighting and since 2019 in workshops and performances together with Delta RA`I and other artists. Her art addresses physicality in pleasure and pain, being human in relationships, authenticity, sexuality.
delta RA’i is a dance performer and choreographer. He is a Butoh dancer and a co-founder—alongside Minako Seki and Yumiko Yoshioka—of the first German-Japanese dance company, Tatoeba-THÉÂTRE DANSE GROTESQUE. He also performs in a wide variety of interactive dance pieces, including collaborations with Felix Ruckert. In his kinky performances and workshops, the central focus is the spirituality underlying BDSM as a form of erotic play. These works blend artistic expression and loving devotion with the evocation of an intense sensation of "pleasure-pain" for the body, culminating in a liberating catharsis for the soul.

DANCING with the Whip!
Workshop by Vesna (Berlin)
Fancy a dance? And perhaps letting someone else dance under your whip for a change?
Vesna invites you to take part in an experiment where she combines her love of dance with her passion for impact play with whips, offering you the chance to experience what it might feel like when your whip (flogger, riding crop, paddle, etc.) gradually becomes part of your body, perhaps even as you whip whilst dancing – or make your partner dance along with you.
Depending on your experience – whether you’re a complete beginner, or have experience with dance, impact play, or both – there’s plenty of opportunity to try out all sorts of new things, and you might just discover a fantastic new form of play and dance that suits you.
There will be space for mindful experimentation as well as for exuberant play – entirely according to your current and individual needs. A specially curated selection of very diverse music will accompany us on this journey – and at times even guide us – allowing us to experience a wide range of energy states, emotional landscapes and qualities.
90 minutes
Vesna is like the Slavic goddess of spring, whose name she was given several decades ago, She loves the green, blossoming vitality and also the playful lightness in which, quite unexpectedly, there can sometimes lie a deep, mischievous wisdom. Her meandering path has taken her, over the years, through a wandering exploration of philosophy, astrology, psychology, art and other cultural studies, whilst at the same time always leading to a passionate love of movement through various forms of dance, martial arts, BDSM... Ultimately, it’s also about constantly forging new connections between everything that moves, inspires and fascinates her about people and the world. In all of this, through joy as well as pain, the most liberating discovery is that of all the different and diverse ways in which she can be, embody and live. Helping to foster this sense of liberation in others is something that is very important to her.
Sunday, 5-6 pm
